Our providers will come to your home once a week, at a time that suits you, with quality activities tailored to your baby’s age and will help you with any concerns you may have including topics such as: sleep, nutrition, sibling relationships, development and more.

fun developmental activities for parents and babies up to one year of age. Each activity is moderated by an experienced parental counselor who would be happy to provide you with advice on any subject. You can come as often as you like, but it’s important to reserve a place in advance because the number of places is limited!
Pleasant touch can strengthen the baby-parent bond and is important for babies’ development. The workshop includes five sessions for parent and baby, teaching parents basic techniques for massaging their babies and providing parents and babies with a positive quality time. For babies ages newborn to six months. The workshop is led by Neta Lee Zamir – a developmental physiotherapist and parental counselor and group facilitator, with a teaching certificate in infant massage from the International Association of Infant Massage
An occupational therapist is available to you in Tirat Carmel Tipat Chalav locations for consultations on the development of your baby. If you are concerned your baby may be showing signs of a developmental delays, or if you want to learn simple activities that can promote their development, contact your “Tipat Chalav” nurse to schedule an appointment. The service is provided free of charge as part of a collaboration between Hapaot Center and Tipat Chalav.
Our “Open House” center is designed to provide you with a pleasant space to spend time with your baby, meet other parents, enjoy light refreshments and provide respite from the loneliness that many new mothers experience during maternity leave. An experienced parental counselor is available to you for any questions you may have. No need to reserve space in advance: we are here for you. Mondays, from 9:00 to 12:00 at the “Ben Zvi” branch (24A Ben Zvi St.) and Thursdays from 9:00 to 12:00 in our main building (1 Hatzav St.).

Our parental guide will visit you in your home, once a week, at a time that suits you, with quality activities for your child, and will be happy to provide counseling on any of your concerns, including: diaper or pacifier weaning, sleep, nutrition, developmental milestones and more.
Time Together playgroups provides fun and enriching quality tine for toddlers and their significant adults (parents, grandparents, nannies…) The sessions incorporate games, crafts, music, stories and movement and include both free playtime and structured activities. Time Together playgroups operate almost every morning (on some days, in the afternoon as well) and you can come as often as you chose!

Hapaot Center is a registered Community Unit for Child Development under the supervision of the Israeli Ministry of Health. We offer occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech therapy and psychological therapy treatments to Tirat Carmel children, ages birth to age six years old.
Our daycare is part of the education revolution occurring in Tirat Carmel! It has 5 classrooms, and serves about 75 children between the ages of 1 and 3.

Our groups unique operating model: In the first half of each session parents and children play together. In the second half they split up: Parents are invited to a guided dialog about the challenges and joys of parenting, while children participate in an enriching activity with their peers.

In each session, children are introduced to a different animal, each with a “message” to convey about courage, kindness, honesty and other tropes. The discussions that arise all takes place around a pretend “fire”- just like in ancient days… children follow the movement of the animals and move to the sounds of music from around the world. “Nitzanim” offers a new approach to school readiness based on the understanding that children learn best when learning is experiential and interest-based. In “Nitsamim” children choose a topic that excites them, and around it our providers create activities that build and strengthen skills that will help them succeed in the transition to first grade.
