The Pa’ot (Infant) Center has been working for the past 24 years to serve parents and infants in the Northen Israeli city of Tirat Carmel, with the understanding that investment in the early years is critical to a child's development and future, the wellbeing of the family and the future of the entire community.
We provide services to the entire population of Tirat Carmel with an emphasis on marginalized communities and children in high environmental, physical and emotional risks. Each week about 1000 children receive services in The Pa'ot Center.
The Center operates in partnership with the Tirat Hacarmel Municipality as well as governmental and local organizations bring about change in field of early childhood education and intervention.

Parent Training and Support:
The Pa’ot Center understands that the parent-child relationship is the leading factor in a child's development and success. We empower parents to take a leading role in their children's early childhood education by providing professional in-home trainings for parents of infants and toddlers, as well as professional-led play groups for different age groups and target populations. Our "Parent Academy" offers enrichment courses, workshops and lectures to parents.
Early Education Center:
We operate an early education center that provides services for 60 children ages 1 to 3. Our early education center prides itself of its low child-staff ratios, professional teams and spacious facilities. The Early Childhood Center receives professional support from the Haifa University Education Department, and operates as a model center for educators and directors across the country.
Therapies And Early Intervention:
The Center provides occupational therapy, physical therapy speech therapy and emotional therapy services to --- children each week. We also conduct screening for developmental delays in day care centers and health centers around the city.
Professional Training in Early Childhood:
Ha'paot Center bases its work on vast theoretical knowledge, cutting edge research and models. We believe that by sharing professional knowledge with anyone working in early childhood education or intervention, we can bring about real change in the field, country wide. We offer professional workshops, seminars, courses and conferences to day care providers, teachers, therapists, directors and more.
